Paul Stetler passes away

Sad news has reached Mystery Lyrics that Paul Stetler, one of our most active players for many years, passed away far too early last friday, barely a month before his 54th birthday. Paul had been suffering with kidney problems, and had two transplants, one in 1995 and one in 2003. In June he was admitted to hospital to have a valve replacement surgery and he unfortunately didn’t recover properly. He contracted...

The following message was posted by Sev this morning: “It is with deep sadness I must announce the death of Dee (DEJAVU1182). I never knew her aside of when she answered Mystery Lyrics, but my prayers go out to her family in their time of grief. Hugybear passes away

Sad news has reached Mystery Lyrics that our fellow-player and founder of the legendary annual “Hugyfest” Tom, better known as Hugybear, passed away late Sunday evening. No details are known at present apparently he had been suffering from cancer of the liver over the past few months. This post will be updated as the circumstances come to light. Tribute to Rhoda

As most of you will now know, Mystery Lyrics player Rhoda sadly passed away a few days ago. It seems that she had undergone an operation for uteral cancer, and died from complications arising from the operation.
